The FEPOC will be performing the migration of OnBase to the cloud in Plan Test (C2) on Saturday, April 18, 2026, according to the schedule below.

How This Impacts You
On Saturday, April 18, FEPDirect Retrieval will be partially unavailable in Plan Test (C2) from 1:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

During the migration windows above, the Enrollment Images link in FEPDirect Retrieval will be temporarily unavailable. All other Retrieval functions, as well as FEPDirect Claims and FEPDirect Enrollment, will remain fully operational.
