Scheduled - What Is Happening?
FEPOC will perform emergency infrastructure maintenance for Member360 on Sunday, June 7 at 7 AM ET during the planned maintenance window. This activity is to replace a missing node and further strengthen system capacity and resilience. The team will leverage load balancing to maintain system availability throughout the process. While no outage is expected, controlled failover and load balancing validation will be performed as part of this work. All validation, and rollback procedures have been planned in advance to support a controlled change window.

Who Is Affected?
All Plans.

How This Impacts You
We do not anticipate any disruption to customer-facing services. However, during load balancing and failover testing, some existing sessions may briefly disconnect and reconnect as traffic is redistributed. If unexpected issues occur, technical teams will work to resolve them immediately. If stability cannot be quickly restored, the change will be rolled back and the node removed to return the system to its prior state.

Current Status
Updates will be posted to the notifications page as maintenance progresses. A follow-up confirmation will be provided once maintenance is complete and system stability is confirmed. Thank you for your understanding as we take proactive steps to strengthen system performance and reliability.
