The FEPOC will be performing the migration of OnBase to the cloud in Production (O2) on Saturday, May 2, 2026, according to the schedule below.

How This Impacts You
On Saturday, May 2, FEPDirect Retrieval will be partially unavailable in Production (O2) from 1:30 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Plans will not be able to login, view or update tickets in SRTS.

During the migration windows above, the Enrollment Images link in FEPDirect Retrieval will be temporarily unavailable. All other Retrieval functions, as well as FEPDirect Claims and FEPDirect Enrollment, will remain fully operational.
