What Is Happening? The FEPOC will be performing emergency maintenance on our firewall infrastructure starting at 7:00 PM ET. This maintenance is required to address a vendor-identified software issue that has the potential to impact outbound traffic.
How This Impacts You During this time, no disruption to customer-facing services is anticipated and the maintenance will involve failover testing to our secondary firewall and close monitoring of traffic flows.
Note: if any issues are detected, traffic will be reverted to the primary firewall immediately.
Current Status A confirmation update will be posted once the maintenance window has concluded and stability has been verified.
