What Is Happening? The FEPOC will be performing an F5 security system upgrade in all environments on Saturday, March 7, 2026, according to the following schedule: • Production (O2): From 5:30 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time • Plan Test (C2): From 7:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time • Pilot Usability (P2): From 7:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time

How This Impacts You On Saturday, March 7, all products could be unavailable until the conclusion of the F5 security system upgrade. Members will be unable to access the MyBlue® portal and the fepblue mobile app, and a standard maintenance page will be displayed on each to prevent access during the outage window. In advance of March 7, an alert message for users will be displayed.
Note: This is the first of two F5 security system upgrades. The second implementation is targeted for a Saturday in early April and will follow a similar outage pattern to the one above. That date is still being finalized and will be communicated to our plans and partners by Friday, March 13.
