Plan Impact Plans and partners could experience system unavailability.
What Is Happening? The FEPOC will be performing a Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) security system upgrade in the Plan Test (C2) and Pilot Usability (P2) environments on Saturday, April 4, 2026, according to the following schedule:
• Plan Test (C2): From 12:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time • Pilot/Usability (P2): From 12:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time
The second phase of the F5 upgrade and the CVE security system upgrade in all environments will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, according to the following schedule:
• Production (O2): From 1:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time • Plan Test (C2): From 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time • Pilot/Usability (P2): From 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time

How This Impacts You On Saturday, April 4 and April 11, all products could be unavailable until the conclusion of the associated system upgrades.
